Home/Terms of Use

The rules for using this website. These govern the website, not the work. The terms of any job are in your written quote.

Last updated: 24 August 2026
These terms cover the website only.

The terms of any actual clearing or mulching work are set out in the written quote you receive after a site visit, and that document governs the work. Nothing on this website is a contract or an offer to contract.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Integrity Earthworks, a land land clearing and forestry mulching business owned and operated by John Williams in Coden, Alabama. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Integrity Earthworks. “You” means anyone using this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.

3. The information here is general

We publish pricing bands, service descriptions, seasonal guidance and information about permitting because it’s useful. All of it is general information about how this trade works in this county. None of it is advice about your specific property, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for a site visit or for confirming requirements with the relevant authority. See our Disclaimer.

4. Published prices are estimates

The ranges on our pricing page and elsewhere are estimate bands to help you work out whether to call. They are not quotes, not offers, and not binding. A binding price is a written quote issued after we have walked your property.

5. Using the site properly

6. Our content

The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to us. Job photographs in particular are our own work product. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering or engaging our services. You may not republish, sell or use our content commercially without written permission, and that includes using our job photographs in any other business’s marketing.

8. No warranty

This website is provided as it is. We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from anything harmful, and we don’t warrant that the information on it is complete or current, though we try to keep it so.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. This clause limits liability arising from the website. It does not limit our liability for the work we perform on your property, which is governed by your written quote and by our insurance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
