Home/SMS Terms
The terms for the text messages we send about your quote. Required reading if you ticked the consent box, and short enough to actually read.
Integrity Earthworks sends text messages to people who have requested a land clearing or forestry mulching quote. Messages relate to your enquiry and your job: acknowledging that we received your request, arranging a site visit, confirming a start date, sending photographs of the work, and confirming completion.
By ticking the consent box on our quote form, which reads:
“Text me about this job. By checking this box I agree to receive text messages from Integrity Earthworks about my quote request at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
You can also opt in by texting us first, or by telling us on the phone that you’d like updates by text.
Varies. Typically one to five messages per enquiry, concentrated around the quote and the scheduled work. We do not send marketing campaigns, promotions or newsletters by text.
We don’t charge for messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP for help, or call us.
Call (251) 454-2801 and we’ll take you off.
Opting out of texts does not affect your quote or your job. We’ll call you instead.
Mobile telephone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers our messages, solely for that purpose.
Supported by major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy.
