Home/Privacy Policy
What we collect when you call or fill in the form, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted. Written to describe what actually happens on this website.
This policy explains how Integrity Earthworks (John Williams, owner-operator, Coden, Alabama) handles personal information collected through https://integrityearthworksal.com and by telephone.
Through the quote form: your name, mobile number, the property address or parcel number, approximate acreage, and your description of what is growing on the property.
By telephone, text or email: whatever you choose to tell us, which typically includes the same information plus scheduling details.
During and after a job: the site address, job notes, quotes, invoices and payment records.
Telephone numbers displayed on this website may be tracking numbers. When you call one, our provider records the calling number, the date and time, the call duration, and which page or advertisement the number appeared on. Calls may be recorded for quality and accuracy of quoting. If a call is being recorded you will be told at the start of the call, and you may ask us to stop recording or to delete a recording.
Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and how you arrived here.
Where we run search advertising, we record which advertisement led to a call or a form submission.
See our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not sell or share mobile telephone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. We do not buy or sell shared leads, which is why your enquiry does not end up in front of four other contractors.
Only where necessary to run the business, and only to the extent needed:
If you tick the consent box on the quote form, we will text you about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of engaging us. Full terms are on our SMS Terms page.
Enquiries that don’t become jobs: up to two years, then deleted.
Quotes, job records and invoices: at least seven years, for tax, insurance and warranty reasons.
Call recordings: up to twelve months unless a specific job or dispute requires longer.
Job photographs: retained indefinitely unless you ask otherwise. See Photo & Property Release.
Ask and we’ll tell you.
Tell us what’s wrong.
We’ll delete what we’re not legally required to keep.
Reply STOP, or just tell us.
See the Cookie Policy.
Ask us not to record a call, or to delete a recording.
To exercise any of these, call (251) 454-2801 or write to us at the address in the footer. We’ll respond within thirty days.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small business: reputable providers, access limited to the owner, and transmission over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t promise absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by Alabama law.
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, call us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
Call and you get John Williams, not an answering service and not a dispatcher. If it’s after hours or a Sunday, send the form and you’ll have a text back and a callback first thing.
