Home/Accessibility
What we’re aiming for, what we know isn’t right yet, and how to tell us if something doesn’t work for you.
This website should be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Photographs added to the gallery and service pages after launch depend on alternative text being written for each one, and on a small business that will sometimes lag. Any third-party content embedded on this site, a Google review widget or a map, is outside our direct control and may not fully meet AA. If you hit either, call us and we’ll read you whatever you need.
Call (251) 454-2801, Monday to Saturday 6am-5pm, and ask for John Williams. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix what we reasonably can.
If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, call us. Everything on it, pricing, service detail, our terms, we will happily go through on the phone. Nobody needs to use a website to hire us.
Call and you get John Williams, not an answering service and not a dispatcher. If it’s after hours or a Sunday, send the form and you’ll have a text back and a callback first thing.
